New Customers - First orders will be supplied on a pre-paid pro-forma basis. Thereafter, a credit account may be offered subject to satisfactory trade and bank references. Carriage - Orders of £200 + VAT and over for addresses on the UK Mainland will be sent carriage paid. Carriage of £7.50 will be charged on ALL orders below this figure, unless otherwise agreed. For orders to the Channel Isles, The Irish Rebublic and Scottish Highland and Islands, carriage will be charged at cost for orders below £275.00 Damages and Short Deliveries - Damages and short deliveries must be notified in writing within seven days of delivery. Returns - Goods will not be accepted for return without prior consent and will be subject to a 10% handling charge unless otherwise agreed. Title to Goods - All goods delivered by the company will remain the company's property, until all debts owed to the company by the buyer, including all balances existing are settled. In the event that the company has not been paid, the company may obtain the said goods. Payment - Payment can be made by cheque, Credit card, Debit card, Bacs or Cash. Overdue Accounts - Overdue accounts will be charged at a rate of 1.5% per month. Terms are strictly net 30 days unless otherwise agreed. In the event of non payment your account may be passed to solicitors for collection. A £30.00 + VAT administration fee will be charge also any further costs will be born by the account holder. |
